Our planning and Development team plays a crucial role in shaping our community's future, from neighborhoods to commercial centers and beyond. We handle essential functions such as land use planning, land development plan review, building plan review, building permitting and inspections, residential soil erosion BMP inspections, and Occupational Licensing.

Please visit the Fire Marshal's web page for information on reviewing and approving site and architectural plans/details for all new commercial and assembly-use building construction and plan approval for existing building remodels.  The Fire Marshal's Office is the point of contact for tenant change permits that do not propose any structure or building component modification.
