FACILITY RENTALS

Large pavilion at Rock Creek Sports Complex

Facilities may be used on a first-come first serve basis, unless previously reserved.  Please contact the main office at Rock Creek to receive information on availability of facilities before planning your event.  

 

Effective January 1, 2022, registration and rental rates for most of our activities will increase.  Included in the fee increase is the non-resident fee, which will increase to $40. This fee will apply to all non-Dawson County residents renting a facility at any of the facilities managed by Dawson County Parks & Recreation.

Facility rentals are not confirmed until completed Facility Use Agreement and payment in full are submitted to administration during regular office hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM).

Pool Reservations & Passes: 

Park staff will begin accepting pool reservations on the first weekday of May each year.  If you plan to reserve the pool, please read the Pool Rental Policy in the Supporting Documents section below.

Pool season passes will be available for purchase at the main office at Rock Creek and online beginning the first weekday of May each year. Passes from online purchases will be available for pick-up at the main office at Rock Creek Park during regular business hours (M-F 8AM-5PM) until the pool is open to the public, at which time, passes from online purchases will be sent to the pool for pick-up by the next business day after being purchased.
